I've been very impressed with the customer service from Odd Themes. I received an answer almost immediately and actually had several exchanges. The reply was very considerate but let me know that what I wanted to change wasn't possible with the free version. They linked me to the purchase page. I was happy to pay the $10 for the premium version because the theme is worth it! After I purchase I had several more exchanges with the owner who then asked if he could solve the problem the next day as it was 4am for him. I was so impressed that he had taken the time to address my issue and communicate back and forth with me- even before I purchased! That's great customer service.
I'll definitely recommend Odd Themes, and if I need an update, I'd be glad to purchase one of their premium themes again.
